Kasia is a consultant and Engineering Leader with deep knowledge and understanding of technology industry with 10 years of experience in conceptualizing and delivering IT projects, digital transformations, technology strategy and building and transforming IT organizations.
Kasia has worked across multiple industries such as retail, e-commerce, gaming, healthcare and fitness, financial services, oil and gas. Recent years, Kasia’s focus shifted entirely to technology and new media companies helping them scale their operations.
She has worked with the best OKRs coaches delivering trainings and end-to-end implementation of the framework for medium sized and large comapnies.
